Join the Screen Mastery Acting Company at Darlo Drama and take your acting from the rehearsal room to the screen.
This industry-focused course gives you the opportunity to develop your screen acting skills, gain real on-set experience and create professional showreel material. Over 12 weeks, work with an experienced screen acting teacher to develop your craft and learn how to adapt your performance for the camera, exploring the subtlety, precision and naturalism required for film and television.
Once you have completed 12 weeks of screen acting training you will step onto a professional film set and shoot your own showreel scene with a professional crew.
Work alongside a director, DOP, camera operator and sound recordist, gaining first-hand experience of how a professional screen production operates and what is expected of an actor on set. By the end of the program, you'll have developed the essential skills for screen acting, experienced the demands of a professional film shoot and created high-quality showreel material to showcase your work.
As a graduate of the Darlo Drama Screen Acting Program, your showreel will also be showcased on the Darlo Drama website and submitted to Sydney-based talent agents, helping you take your next step into the screen industry.
