Darlo Drama’s Level One beginner acting classes start gently, providing a safe place for you to PLAY and EXPLORE with fun games, trust exercises and improvisation.
As time goes on, your group will begin to get more COMFORTABLE, RELAXED and SPONTANEOUS. You will find confidence in self-expression, learning techniques to assist with presenting in front of a group, working through “stage fright” and connecting to an audience, while developing your communication skills.
The course culminates in the performance of a monologue to an audience of friends, family and fellow students.
You'll attend one three-hour class each week, plus a weekend performance in the final session. The course is completed over seven sessions.

Started here 3 years ago with their Level 1 course, and since then have returned to try all their courses, with screen acting as the latest. It's now like family!
